The unforgetable day in my life

 My Low - country cultural vision day is the unforgetable day in my life. It was a magical and brilliant experiance for me. That day 16 students participated for this event with me. That day, first we bathed and cleaned ourselves and then worshiped the Lord Buddha. After that Some dancers and drummers did some rituals for us. Overroll it is called 'HANGALA PE KIRIMA.'  

Then we were dressed according to the good time by the 17 main teachers who invited that day. After that we came to the place where we dance and first of all we worshiped to our teachers and parents then we started our first dance called 'YAHAN DAKMA'. 

Yahan Dakma is the first act of our cultural vision. Mainly we dance Yahan Dakma to worship gods such as Dewol, Paththini etc. I had the opportunity there to mainly start this dancing item and i think it is a good experiance for me. Not only that we had a chance to show our special skills from that act.

 

 

Our second dancing act is ' SAWDAM'. It danced only girls and it is also a beautiful act in that day. This cultural vision was the first Low - country cultural vision of our dancing academy. There are lot of people who supported to success this event. I would like to thank my dancing teacher Mrs. Mithilani Munasinghe and my dancing masters namely Gayan Manokumara, Dulanka Edirisinghe, Eranga Mahesh, Priyan Chandrakumara and Ajith Priyantha. Otherwise i would like to thank our parents and they gave a big support for us. And I wish my all brothers and sisters who participated this event for success their future and dancing life.
