The music is like a meditation

Music is a world languadge. We can do so many things from learning music. But today i am talk about the meditaion side of music. Let's see it.

We know the use of meditaion is we can relax our mind and develop our mental fitness. Why i am telling like that? When we are meditaiting, always we keeping the attetion to the process of breath. It helps to relax the stress of our mind. Beacause the thing is our focus is the process of breath and there for our mental pressure going down. Not only that healthy breath is very useful to all the systems of body. So there for meditation is directly impact to the physical fitness to our body.

I told before that music is like a meditation. Now i am trying to explain it for you. There are so many types of music such as classical, semi classical, reggey etc. All these types we can devide in to parts. They are,

                 1.Soft Music

                  2. Hard Music 

As people sometimes we have to face some problems and some times it is effects to the mind. In that moment mainly we can use soft music to relax our mind as a meditation method. I would like share some ideas about my experiance. I am a fan of soft music. Not in the special situations, i always like to listen to the soft music. So there for i can relax my mental pressure and do my studies very successfully. I listen both hindi and sinhala songs. According to me hindi songs are better than sinhala songs to relax our mind. I'll show you two links to listen for you.

 Normaly i start my works around 10.00 A.M. Next i get a short break after 1 or 2 hours and in the break, i listen to a song. It is helps to refresh my mind and start another work. At the night i start my studies around 6.30 P.M. and i stop my works around 8.30 P.M. After the dinner i listen to the music and it is helps to me keep a good sleep in the night. Otherwise when i am in a sad situation, defeneatly i listen to the music. It helps to change my mind to the good side. 

Finally i suggest you if you can relax your mind from the music and without mobile phones, you can relax your mind very successfully and it helps to develop your physical  fitness. Beacause when we staying with a bad situation, sometimes we even stop our foods, works and all the things. It is effects to our future life.
